Welcome to ICSS2017!

The 4th Annual International Conference on Social Science (ICSS 2017) will be held during December 15th-17th, 2017 in Shanghai, China. The aim of ICSS 2017 is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, and academicians, as well as industrial professionals, to present their research results and development activities in Social Science. It provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.

Social science is a major category of academic disciplines, concerned with society and the relationships among individuals within a society. It in turn has many branches, each of which is considered a "social science". Social sciences often include anthropology, economics, demography, human geography, political science, psychology, and sociology in addition to many other fields. The term is also sometimes used to refer specifically to the field of sociology, the original 'science of society', established in the 19th century.
